By accessing or using the KrishiSetu platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

KrishiSetu is an AI-powered agricultural platform that provides:

• AI-based crop grading and quality assessment
• Marketplace for farmers to sell produce directly to FPOs
• Real-time mandi prices and market information
• Crop advisory and disease detection services
• Logistics coordination for produce collection
• Government scheme information and DBT tracking

3. User Eligibility

To use KrishiSetu, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid mobile phone number
• Provide accurate registration information
• Agree to verify your identity as required

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your produce and farm
• Not manipulate or falsify crop grading images
• Honor transactions and agreements made through the platform
• Not use the service for any illegal activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account

5. AI Grading Disclaimer

The AI-powered grading system provides quality assessments based on image analysis. While we strive for accuracy, grades are indicative and may be subject to final verification at the time of physical inspection by the FPO or buyer. KrishiSetu is not liable for disputes arising from grading differences.

6. Transaction Terms

All transactions on KrishiSetu are between farmers and FPOs/buyers. KrishiSetu facilitates these transactions but is not a party to them. Prices, payment terms, and delivery are agreed upon between transacting parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of KrishiSetu, including AI models, software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by KrishiSetu and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

KrishiSetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or SMS. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
